With the rapid development of information technology, micro blog, We Chat, micro film appeared in succession, the humanity is gradually entering the "micro" era,people’s life, work and learning style are unconsciously influenced.In the field of education, micro class also emerged as the times require, becoming the focus and research hotspot of current educational information resources.As a new type of teaching resources, micro class plays a very important role in education and teaching work,which has been highly concerned by teachers and students.For chinese teaching,micro class plays a more important role.Language is the most important communication tool, is an important part of human culture.Primary school chinese is an important basic subject, which is helpful to cultivate students’ scientific and cultural quality, is also has profound meaningful and important effect for students to learn other subjects and continue to learn.The current research and application of the micro class remain at an early stage, the related theory and the resource construction are being enriched and improved, in view of the chinese subject related to micro class study also very few. Therefore, this study combines micro class with the chinese subject in primary school together,specifically discussing how to design and develop primary school chinese micro class, in order to promote the development of related teachers’ educational technology ability from two aspects of theory and practice, and provide some guidance of micro class design and development for them,also promote the application of micro class in the corresponding teaching work,to enable students to develop autonomous learning based on micro class resources,and improve learning level. At the same time, this study also provides a suitable theoretical and practical reference for subsequent participation in relevant research workers.This paper launched the research through literature research method, system analysismethod,casestudy method, interview method,questionnaire survey method and so on,to define the concept of micro class and make the characteristic of micro class clear.We analyzed the contents and the main problems of primary school chinese teaching, also found its possible solutions,explored the suitable micro course content of chinese subject in primary school, selected and analyzed the typical, excellent micro class case, extracted the design strategy of micro class.we have created a teaching design template of primary school chinese micro and constructed a video design script template of primary school chinese micro class a model of primary school chinese micro class design,set up the design model of primary school chinese micro class. Using the writing as an example, according to the students of midele and high grade, this study achieved the specific design of two writing micro class case which aim to describe people.Through the practice research,this study summed up the development process,technology and the problem should be pay attention to of micro class’ s development.On the basis of this, combining the specific design of writing case, we have developed two writing micro lesson case,also applied and evaluated the micro class case actually.
