In the rapid development of information technology background, "micro-course" came into being. This new way of teaching, with a short and pithy, clear theme, the real scene features, its unique teaching philosophy attention of the educators, and developed rapidly at home and abroad. However, the micro-program also is relatively new, very few in the country to study micro course, is experimental, practical, scientific nature in one of the natural sciences, and our lives, through micro-curriculum teachers can abstract the textbooks arcane knowledge, vivid display to students. However, the current application of micro-biology course at a more rarefied. Therefore, the study of "micro-course" in the classroom application of biological disciplines to explore the micro courses in high school biology classroom application mode to improve teaching effectiveness biology curriculum and has a positive significance.In this study, first through questionnaires and interviews of teachers in Xinjiang Agricultural University Affiliated High School sophomore organisms affairs investigation, summed up the problems and shortcomings of current high school biology classroom presence, and as a starting point, fine-case design curriculum, in order to solve the problems of high school biology class. Secondly, through the interpretation of a large number of micro-courses related literature and journals, summarizes salient features of this new micro-curriculum educational philosophy supported by theoretical and micro courses to prepare for the late application of micro-courses. For case by case study method to implement the design, experimental object unity, in turn two experiments, each group after the end of the experiment, have the appropriate knowledge and ability tests. Through statistical analysis of test data, comparing two groups of experimental data have confirmed the micro courses can improve students’ learning efficiency, so as to effectively improve the biological classroom. After the implementation of the end of the case, the effect on the application of micro-courses, the subjects again and classroom teacher surveys, interviews, survey results further confirm the positive significance of micro courses in the classroom brings. It can effectively stimulate student interest in learning, improve student learning efficiency, solve learning counseling among teachers, students, parents question the students love this new, simple way of teaching.This study confirms the value and significance of micro courses in high school biology class brings, it has broad prospects for development. I hope this research can provide a reference for classroom teachers, using micro classroom curriculum to promote the prosperity and development, to promote and enhance students’ thinking ability.
