In order to reach the efficiency of teaching in class, combining it withlocal current situations schools, in Gongyi city, efficient classroom teaching pattern is launched, accordingto the nationwide effective and successful cases. However, so far the goal can not be achieved. In addition,at present, biological teaching has much more content with much less time. In this case, the paper launchedresearch on the influent factors of efficient classroom vision implementation.This paper firstly analyzes the reason why the efficient classroom teaching can not beaccomplished. Here are some main points: influenced by traditional ideas, teachers renew concepts soslowly that the essence of efficient class cannot be grasped accurately; The limited teaching view of timeand space causes the unreasonable curriculum provision; teachers plan the guided leading case blindly andhave no feasible analysis on textbooks and learning; for the more large size of class; and for the argumentof the parents and social members who do not understand the essential reason.In terns of the problems mentioned above, by referring to relevant data, literatures, andteaching theory at home and abroad the paper puts forward several suggestions.1. Teachers should focus onthe new results about the efficient classroom teaching and keep on learning the new teaching theories,gradually changing the traditional teaching ideas;2. Construct the multi-evaluation from the subject andmethod to standard and so on.3. For efficient teaching practices teachers should elaborately design theguided part in teaching, control the classroom rhythm, and set up the most optimal form of organization;4.Teachers should update views of teaching time and space, to achieve the pluralism and three-dimension ofteaching space and the flexible teaching time;5. Mobilize and encourage students to take part in learningactively;6. Under the permitted conditions, to the greatest extent, lessen the class size to teach within asmall scale.Finally, the designs of teaching are based on these strategies.There are three kinds of lesson types, such as new lesson, review and exercises, by which the needed attentions are explained briefly. Forexample, when teachers prepare to give a class, they should be familiar with the textbook and analyse thelearning situation; the goal of teaching must be three-dimensional and can be accomplished; Pay moreattention to cultivating the capability of students and building the emotional value and attitude; Edit theguided learning case and the review plan with the real learning situations and cases of students; Operatecalmly teaching programs in class and restore the role which the teacher is oriented and students aredominant. Evaluate students with diversification and transfer the evaluated mode from the results to theprocess; pay more attention to reviewing and correcting. According to the design of teaching, thebiological teaching can be carried out based on the efficient classroom pattern. Students are assessed fromthe score, the advance of capability, classroom climate and the harmonious relationship with teachers. As aresult, the above are finished and get the expected success. Thus, it is concluded:1. The goal for improvingthe efficiency in class should be always pursued in any time.2. The efficient classroom is just a kind ofconcept, not a stable pattern. Any measures to improve the efficiency and result of teaching should beaccepted.3.In the process of pursuing efficient teaching goal, teachers should operate teaching methodsflexibly according to different students and different teaching content.4.Set the biological teaching as anexample.
