Group Social Work In Adult Deaf People Own Exploration Of Cultivating The Ability Of Social

This article is C Guiyang assistive institutions as the research background, based on the C assistive institutions of volunteer services,adult deaf people service object for organizations to carry out the group social work in order to explore the effective social model for growing their social skills, so as to help the deaf people further into society.Based on the interviews and participatory observation and literature research methods to carry out the group activities, and using the theory of energized, the symbolic interaction theory, social support network theory, ecological system theory and group dynamics theory as a theoretical framework for the team, providing theoretical basis for team work. Through the early stage of the activity of adult deaf people’s social status and social demand analysis, develop a plan of the corresponding group, each group activities in the process of subtle changes in process of group and team members to do a detailed record of image and through the process of evaluation, evaluation and effect evaluation of multiple evaluation methods of group activities to conduct a comprehensive assessment, and concludes that group work in social skills to improve deaf people do, deaf people to oneself also has the objective of the cognitive and mastered the techniques of interaction with others. By activity after assessment, the intervention of social work of cultivating the ability of deaf people social effect and innovation and deficiency of summary and reflection, thinking on the basis of voluntary service at the same time bring the superiority of the group activities, namely through sign language culture promotion, and the participation of the society,advocate the respect and attention to the deaf community, forming thebidirectional interaction of social model, and promotion, get more benefit, deaf people really added to the mainstream society, equal participation in social sharing. In future study, under the social advocacy and integration, in order to explore team work mode combined with other social work mode, suitable for people with hearing loss their own social skills more effective training mechanism, this kind of experience and research results apply to other areas.
