This thesis adopts the method of questionnaire and SPSS statistics to research the general situation and influential factors of vocational happiness of No.4 Middle School of Kai Yuan in Honghe Prefecture in Yunnan Province,and proposes suggestions to improve the vocational happiness of teachers.Through the descriptive analysis of the general situation of the vocational happiness of the school and influential factors,the researcher found that first the general situation of vocational happiness of the teachers of the school is quite good,with 65.8% teachers can experience vocational happiness,only 12.3% teachers cannot experience vocational happiness and 21.9% teachers are not clear about their vocational feelings;second there is higher level of vocational happiness in the aspects of vocational emotion,self-realization,feeling of achievement in work,sense of belonging,environment factors,interpersonal relationship,but the level of vocational happiness is lower in aspects of working pressure,management system,salary package and physical condition.Through the comparative analysis of influential factors,the researcher found that different influential factors showed significant difference on different demographic variables.Through the correlation analysis of general vocational happiness and the influential factors,the researcher found that the general vocational happiness is significantly related to vocational emotion,self-realization,feeling of achievement in work,sense of belonging,environment factors,working pressure,management system,and salary package.Besides,management system is closely related to self-realization,feeling of achievement in work,sense of belonging,and salary package;sense of belonging is closely related to self-realization and environment factors.And through further regression analysis,the researcher found that vocational emotion,self-realization,sense of belonging,environment factors,and working pressure had direct influence on the vocational happiness of the teachers.The conclusion of the research study is:(1)the general situation of vocational happiness of the teachers of the school is quite good,with 65.8% teachers can experience vocational happiness,only 12.3% teachers cannot experience vocational happiness and 21.9% teachers are not clear about their vocational feelings;(2)different demographic variables showed significant difference on different influential factors;(3)the general vocational happiness is significantly related to vocational emotion,self-realization,feeling of achievement in work,sense of belonging,environment factors,working pressure,management system,and salary package;(4)management system is closely related to self-realization,feeling of achievement in work,sense of belonging,and salary package;sense of belonging is closely related to selfrealization and environment factors;(5)vocational emotion,self-realization,sense of belonging,environment factors,and working pressure had direct influence on the vocational happiness of the teachers.
