Application And Research Of The Call Center On The Campus Teaching Management

With the continuous upgrading and updating of modern communication technology and computer technology,Call center(Call Centre) has become a kind of new,modern service means which was welcomed by customers,and it is favored by more and more enterprises. At present, universities and colleges has raised a higher request to teaching management service. Universities? functions are going through transformation to the service derection,and the Call center technology can make universities realize all kinds of service for their students,teachers and other visitors. and can improve the level of universities? teaching management. therefore,the Call center technology has being used some universities teaching management. For the development direction of the universities? teaching management, network constructions are not enough to improve the campus? information quality. Therefore, it has become a focus in the research on how to use information technology to improve the service qualities of teaching management. The Call center which was constructed by universities can guarantee the managing level and efficiency of the university teachings and it can promote the development of the universities.In this research paper, it studied the call center application on campus teaching management, based on the domestic and foreign development situation of call center system,analyzed the structure and key technology of call center system, summarized the classification and technical features of the call center; By analyzing the overall demand and service function of the campus teaching management, designing the overall goal of teaching management and the overall designing scheme and system call connection layer, call processing layer and application logic layer design of the campus teaching management. Combining with the application of remote teaching in a university reception center platform system requirements system architecture design, function module design, system testing, achieved the remote teaching reception center platform public function module, teaching module, examination module design work; and proposed the establishment of foundation and service operation and management mechanism.
