As the science and technology especially Information Technology develops rapidly, knowledge economic has came over to us. At Knowledge Economic age, knowledge has become a independent produce elements which promote the increment of economic and the progress of society. At the same time, knowledge economic make a new challenge to the conventional management mode and the Knowledge Management has became a solve way to the new situations. Knowledge Management as an advanced management ideas, is rooted from the corporation, which applied in many other areas.University's Educational Technology Center as an organization of popularizing and serving of Educational Technology play a very important role in leveraging the universities' information, facilitating the knowledge's effective transition between teachers and students, and promoting the receiving and sharing the teachers' and students' explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Educational Technology Center is also confronted with the challenge. But Educational Technology Center's management mode is also the traditional management mode, which ignoring tacit knowledge. So, the traditional management modes make result of low effectiveness of educational technology work, for which the development of Educational Technology Center is also predicament. How to make use of Knowledge Management in Educational Technology Center to elevate the performance is an urgently problem to be solved. The Knowledge Management's application and development in corporations provided good references for applying Knowledge Management into Educational Technology Center. The author tries to use the Knowledge Management's ideas and experiences for references, and put up the system of Knowledge Management for Educational Technology Center to solve the problems of Educational Technology Center at present.The paper consists of four parts: The first part is the explanation of the theory. "Introduction" contains the context, actuality, objectives, content, meanings of Knowledge Management, differentiating related concepts, the design of research and so on. In the part of the theory of Knowledge Management", the author state and explain the main theory of Knowledge Management and the status of School Knowledge Management' research. It contains: the ideas and transform flow of Knowledge Management, category of knowledge, the research actuality, research contents and so on.The second part: analyzing of feasibility. At this part, according to the characteristic of Educational Technology Center, the author analyzes the related concepts, problems, actuality of Educational Technology Center Knowledge Management such as concepts, need, probability, principals, analysis of actuality, factors, trend of Educational Technology Center Knowledge Management and so on.The third part: building of Educational Technology Center Knowledge Management. This is basing on the analysis characters of Educational Technology Center's work, the author promoting the system Educational Technology Center Knowledge Management from the viewpoint of Educational Technology Center's work function.The fourth part: discussion on application. At this part, according the characters of Educational Technology Center, the author discusses the problems which will probably fall across in the implementation process and promote the ways to solve.The research of paper provides a knowledge management framework which can be used for reference to improve the management of Educational Technology Center. And the author point out the problems probably existed in implementing process and also promotes the way to solve these problems. The research has set out try for Educational Technology Center's management improvement and the sustainable development of Educational Technology Center and suspect which can cause the attentions and systematic researches of educational researchers especially instructional technology experts. And it can infuse the new contents and energy for educational technology management.
