The Material Management System Design And Implementation Of State Grid Sichuan Management Training Center

State Grid Sichuan Management Training Center,as the main undertaker of power system education and training,conducts a large number of training courses every year to provide training services for ten thousands of power grid employees.In order to support the training work,the State Grid Sichuan Management Training Center purchased a large amount of materials,but the material management process has been handled by paper,which is very inefficient.To change the material management mode,this article developed a set of materials management for the State Grid Sichuan Management Training Center system.This paper investigates the material management system and operating procedures of the State Grid Sichuan Management and Training Center,and finds that the efficiency of paper document management of materials is very low,the materials in the warehouse cannot be counted in time,resulting in long-term storage or loss,and insufficient material reserves affect normal training,etc.problem.The material management system of the State Grid Sichuan Management and Training Center realizes the information management of training materials.It records the purchase and consumption of materials through inbound management and outbound management,and formulates related operating procedures in accordance with relevant procurement and receipt systems;Library management can understand the inventory of materials in time,and send an alarm message when a certain type of material is insufficient in inventory.The material management system is developed based on J2 EE and uses SQL Server 2012 as the database management system.When the material reserve is at a warning line,the system sends alarm messages to users through a third-party gateway,realizing automatic alarm message sending.At present,the material management system is in the trial operation stage and is operating stably.The system adopts a modular design concept,which reduces the complexity of adjusting system functions.During the trial operation phase,the system obtained a large amount of project information under negotiation,and provided targeted guidance on the work of salespersons.It was widely praised by grassroots business personnel and improved the management and training center's material management level.
