Since WEB2.0 concept was formally proposed and used, Internet is used by mostpeople from restricted to a small number of people into a network allowed to the whole community. WEB2.0 networks appear to make the previously passive "read" and "subject" become a "write" and "Biography", the development of network technology is changing the users work, study and life, how to avoid the risk of WEB2.0 environment effectively and play to their strengths has become a global hotspot in all areas.Graduate School of Education is the highest level of personnel education, it aimsto create talents for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The Important taskof Ideological and Political Education is to make the graduate, which is its training targets, cultivate high-level moral. However, the current problem of ideological and political education of graduate students is becoming prominent, whether actual practice taken by the universities can not meet the needs of education, what should be put on theagenda urgently is the innovation of ideological and political education of the graduate.WEB2.0 idea and platform bring a new opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Whatever, how to deal with new network thinking and networking tools well, and make graduates development of political ideas, ideological and moral abide by the scientific laws, will be the hot spot of graduate ideologicaland political education.The article may be divided into four chapters: the first chapter will introduce relatedresearch status at home and abroad. The concept of WEB2.0, graduate students’ ideologicaland political education and the concept of graduate students’ ideological and politicaleducation under the WEB2.0 environment will be clarified in this chapter. And it will alsosummarize the main characteristics of WEB2.0 and the actual application. A series of impactwill be analyzed in the second chapter, like the usual influence of WEB2.0 environment forgraduate students, the influence of WEB2.0 environment on the network ideological andpolitical education, as well as the specific effects of WEB2.0 environment for the networkideological and political education of graduate students. The third chapter includes four part.It analyzes the particularity of graduate students’ ideological and political education, and thedemand of graduate students’ ideological and political education under the WEB2.0environment. The point of combination between WEB2.0 and graduate students’ ideologicaland political education will be found in the article, and the theory which support the practiceof graduate students’ ideological and political education under the WEB2.0 environment willbe analyzed. Chapter four will introduce how to build the system of graduate students’ ideological and political education under the WEB2.0 environment, including the guidingprinciples, organization form, operation platform, education content, supervision andevaluation.
