In 2010 July the State Council issued the 《National long-term education reform and development plan(2010- 2020)》 in put forward concrete "priority development, people-centered education, reform and innovation, promoting fair, improve the quality of" work principle. The party’s eighteen big also puts forward "strive to run education to the satisfaction of the people". The party and the country has been aware of the important project, education for the.School physical education is an important part of school education,priority among priorities is quality education reform, it is to enhance the physical fitness of students, improve health, plays an important role in cultivating students’ good consciousness of lifelong sports, the school sports curriculum resource allocation is the development of the school sports work security.In this paper, using the research methods of literature and data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and so on, the concept of curriculum resources and PE curriculum resources summarized theory, has carried on the investigation system of 10 township six District, Guiyang City, three counties and one city junior high school physical education curriculum resource allocation status, analysis of Guiyang township primary school sports curriculum resource allocation situation, find outthe existing problems and causes, and probes into the Countermeasures for rational allocation of Township Primary School Sports Curriculum Resources in Guiyang City, put forward the suggestion for the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources and other areas of Guiyang City better.In this paper, through the investigation and study, the results show that the existing Guiyang City township primary school sports curriculum resource allocation problems are mainly:(1)The P.E. teachers equipped with unreasonable part, the proportion of male and female teachers imbalance, lack of academic leaders, and the presence of part-time job.(2)In 10 middle schools were investigated, the standard rate of the lowest, instrument gymnastics area equipment simple,difficulty to add, update a need for a long time.(3)The development and utilization of curriculum resources is also has its limitations, the increase of the new sports less, in the national sports, folk choice, physical education teachers is mainly considered the project safety and with local characteristics,easy to carry out the project.(4)Big break activities carried out in poor condition, some schools for students to exercise for an hour every day is not inplace to implement the.(5)Physical education teachers on the natural geography resources in ideological understanding insufficiency, lack of innovation, the natural geography resources development also has the very big space.(6)The current status of sports information resources allocation analysis found, Journal of sports books are at a disadvantage in species and quantity, physical education teachers on the modern audio-visual teaching means using less skilled.
