Research On Status Of Physical Education Teaching In Tangshan City Township Junior Middle School

School sports teaching stage is an important part of school physical education, physical education and health is the acquisition of knowledge and skills, to enhance the physical fitness of students, develop students’ personality, an important way to cultivate the habit of lifelong sports. From the perspective of health, physical education is one of the important measures to promote the healthy development of students; from the perspective of lifelong sports, physical education also is beneficial to cultivate the sports knowledge, skills. The current society "re light body" ideas seriously, not attach importance to the school sports. The school sports teaching content is single, the traditional teaching method, teaching means and forms of organization not to allow students to experience the fun exercise, causes the student to don’t like PE. In 2011 the new curriculum is fully implemented, and a nationwide promotion, which marks the PE Teaching Reform in our country to develop a deeper direction.This paper surveys the research current situation of junior middle school sports teaching in Tangshan City Township, in-depth understanding of the current situation of physical education teaching school, find out the existing problems, put forward the corresponding development suggestions, to lay the foundation for deepening the reform of rural school sports. This paper mainly uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey method, and logical analysis, mathematical statistics, survey on situation of Tangshan City Township junior middle school physical education teaching, draw the following conclusions:(1)Tangshan City township of male and female junior middle school physical education teachers gender ratio is 3.72:1; the young and middle-aged teachers became the backbone force of sports teaching; part-time and substitute sports teachers occupy a certain proportion, and specifically employed full-time teachers, sports teachers professional level is not high; part of the sports teacher experience, experience rich; record of formal schooling of teachers needs to be improved; the teacher title structure relatively reasonable; most of the teachers there are teaching research consciousness; teachers training less; the school teaching management is not strict, the degree of implementation of lesson plans of teachers is not high; the total distribution uneven work of teachers; teachers need to strengthen the training of self teaching ability in many aspects.(2)Tangshan City Township junior middle school students in most junior high school students like physical education, the content of physical teaching students about some track and field, gymnastics class of physical and athletic class exists repulsion or fears do not like; students to participate in sports learning motivation is relatively concentrated; boys and girls are more like badminton and game two projects; permeability class sports teachers of sports knowledge is the main way of sports students understand knowledge, other ways of times.(3)Tangshan City Township Primary School is not in accordance with the standards prescribed by the state in full physical education; most schools can ensure the PE class time, reduce the physical education class does not exist the problem basically; class size standards are not unified; the implementation of the standards of rural school physical education and the new curriculum to meet different levels of difficulty, venues, facilities and equipment in question is the main factor physical education; status is not optimistic, there are occupied with issues; the lack of indoor venues, leading to the sports lesson can not be normal in adverse weather conditions; not uniform standard of teaching materials for teachers to use situation.(4)Tangshan City Township Primary School Physical Education Major in order to improve the students’ physical fitness, sports knowledge and skill based; school sports project is mainly to athletics, basketball, gymnastics and table tennis mainly; sports teachers often use demonstration, practice, correct and intuitive method for classes, inspiration, induced method with less; indoor PE teachers use multimedia frequency is not high; the evaluation of teachers’ teaching work is to "teaching ability", "students like PE and active participation in sports level", and "sports team" as the main basis; physical education teachers with attendance, classroom performance is the main way to evaluate students.(5)Tangshan City Township junior middle school sports teaching funds is not enough; lack of sports facilities, equipment can not meet the sports school classroom teaching.This paper of the Tangshan City Township junior middle school sports teaching investigation problems, suggestions are as follows:(1)Strengthen the sports teachers, improve teachers’ professional level; the lack of full-time teachers in schools, recruiting by the education department; the importance of vocational education, organize regular teachers to participate in national training education, provide more sports workshops for teachers; strengthen the exchanges between urban and rural schools, improve the physical education teachers of sports scientific research consciousness.(2)The government should be based on the characteristics of each school, the difference treatment; increase the sports special funds for the management of teaching.(3)Schools should enrich the school multimedia facilities, encourage the teachers the flexible application of teaching methods; to formulate a comprehensive evaluation standard, arousing the students to participate in sport; to establish a scientific, systematic sports teaching and extracurricular sports activities of the management system, will be the treatment of teachers and the amount of work and practical work pay hook, rational quantification of sports teachers work tasks.
