Abstract/Summary:
Improving the legal consciousness of high school students is the basic task of basic education, which is the inevitable requirement of constructing socialism country under the rule of law. It is necessary for today’s era of international social development. History curriculum standard and textbook contain a lot of legal system education contents, which can provide a platform for teachers to cultivate students’legal consciousness in history teaching. Based on the content of legal system in China of people’s version of high school history, I find the link points of legal textbook contents and cultivating legal consciousness connotation, aiming at cultivating and improving the students’legal consciousness. This paper is divided into four parts:The introduction part summarizes the reasons of selecting topic, the academic review, the related concept definition, theoretical basis, research method, significance, thinking and innovation. From the reasons of selecting topic and research significance, we can know that cultivating the students’ legal consciousness is conductive to carry out quality-oriented education, and conform to the requirement of curriculum standard. Combining with the relevant legal textbook content to carry out teaching activities is also a method of improving the quality of teachers’ professional. Therefore, this article is on the basis of previous studies, combine with psychology, pedagogy and practical investigation, to cultivate students’ legal consciousness in high school history teaching as the research object, and make a new step in developing students’ consciousness of legal system innovation. This is also the innovation of this article.The first part is about the investigation and analysis of the present situation of high school students legal consciousness. Through the investigation and analysis, I found that the school ignore the cultivation of student’s legal consciousness because of the pressure, and the students’ legal consciousness is relatively weak. Therefore, the school must pay attention to the cultivation of the consciousness of law. History compulsory contains a lot of legal contents. They can provide a good condition for training students’ legal consciousness in history teaching.The second part is about interpretation and analysis of law in new senior history for China student’s book 1 which is published by The People’s Education Press. During the process, the author finds law in history book 1 is highlighted, which shows that law in book 1 gain much importance. So, educators should pay attention to cultivate students’consciousness of law based on new curriculum standard and teaching materials.The third part illustrates in detail how to cultivate students’ consciousness of law in history teaching in senior high school. According to student’s characteristics of psychological development and historical features, educators should try to find out linking points between history teaching and consciousness of law. Then educators should use materials and cases which are close to student’s life to develop practice in class fully. Meanwhile, educators are supposed to open up the second classroom and achieve the goal to cultivate students’consciousness of law under overall consideration.The forth part talks about some principles educators should master in the process of cultivating students’consciousness of law in history teaching.
