This paper is divided into five parts, first discusses the research background, definition of endowment service needs only children aged parents significance, related research as well as the core concepts; secondly, introduces the basic situation of Fengxian District population aging basic situation and only children aged parents; again, Fengxian District more than 55 years of age only children aged parents about study analysis on the development of endowment way, life care, medical services and the spiritual support and other aspects of the situation and demand; and then, in-depth analysis of the one-child family pension dilemma and its reason; and in the final of the paper draw the conclusion, and according to the problems presented in this paper to explore the corresponding countermeasures and measures need to be taken.To make a long story short, through the investigation and in-depth research and analysis, this paper argues that the majority of Fengxian District children aged parents living in good condition, high on life satisfaction, and the character of "two low, two high, second, a little, a flat". But the survey also revealed that Fengxian District one-child elderly parents pension service still faces some new challenges and forward-looking issues, such as the burden of only child pension increase; only child parents in rural old-age security level is relatively low; the public service can not meet the diversified demand of the aged; community service and the contradiction between supply and demand of the old aged institutions pension problem increasingly prominent; only child parents urgently awaits to be solved. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward: improve policies, safeguard the one-child elderly parents rights fundamentally guarantee; enhance the function of the one-child parents pension demand from the system; overall development, from the measures to strengthen the construction of and support on the outskirts of the cause of aging and other aspects of the proposal, so that these measures can better to "Shanghai the city population and family planning regulations" the relevant provisions of the governments at all levels and relevant departments shall take care of one-child parents as a primary key in order to develop the elderly security system and measures "reflect, also from the social aspects of China’s basic state policy of family planning was stable, and the maintenance of social stability and harmony.
