At present, there are a certain numbers of LDS(Students with learning difficulties) in rural areas where implemented bilingual teaching in mathematics. A large number of the student not only has negative effects on other student’s learning activities,but also has bad effect on development of the minority’s bilingual teaching in rural areas.So under the circumstances of today’s bilingual teaching,how to effectively solve the LDS’s problems and how to improve the rural areas teaching quality is a very important problem in modern bilingual teaching.In this paper, the leading factors of “LDS in bilingual teaching ” in south part of Xinjiang rural of minority’s bilingual teaching in senior high school and forward solutions to the question were studied.Based on the research at home and abroad, following the speculative knowledge I tried to gave the define of south part of Xinjiang Rural of minority’s bilingual teaching in mathematics; then through the student questionnaire,interview with teachers an students, analysis and other means of classroom atmosphere, analyses on students’ attitude,and combined with my 3 years’ teaching experience in mathematics bilingual teaching, I should say there is no big difference among the students’ level of intelligence,which can be the main reason that causes learning difficulty in rural high school’s mathematics bilingual teaching. Considering the students’ own factors and the external factors(objective).Some papers in which analysed the students’ own factors generally analysed the learning motivation,learning interest,learning attitude,learning will,the way of thinking, the ability to understand the Chinese language and the students basic knowledge,learning method and so on.External(objective) factors in this study is focused on the students family environment,school environment,mathematics teaching materials and so on. In the end,I would like to suggest some effective transformation strategy for LDS,which caused by various reason,such as paying attention on student’s development,i mproving the understanding ability on condition of considering his thinking mode,d eveloping the teaching environment and method.
