In the report of UNESCO in the 21st Century, The International Broad of Education pointed out clearly that "The research object of poor academic problem" had become a very imperative problem task of social society. To promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of each student is the pursuit of the Quality Education, however the proportion of poor academic has reached about 10 percent, and increase with the increment of student grade in the situation of the development of the Primary and Secondary Education nowadays. The minority rural area is remoteness, with harsh natural environment and poor education level generally, especially the trend of increment of poor academic in rural area is more prominent. For these reasons, to pay attention and study the problem of poor academic not only echoed the suggestion of Ministry of Education about improving the working mechanism to help the learning difficult students and Giving more attention and help, but also encourage the development of minority rural area fast and well. The research is based on the inspect of Human Geography, Socio-economic, Education Situation, and culture in local area, analyzing the reason of effecting the poor academic of high school student, and we reflect on these factor, attempting to introduce the method to help teachers recognize the reason of poor academic ethnic students in order to take the scientific quest target and teaching strategy.Based on selecting and applying the reference, in this paper, we drew up and designed the written questionnaire, and make a comprehensive survey and analysis on the research object in the situation of psychology and behavior, attempting to grasp the problem the high school education of rural area faced in Yunnan Province. In this paper, We take the A middle school in Nanhua Prefecture, Chuxiong, Yunnan Province as the research object, taking a few poor academic student based on the score of monthly examination and bad behavior in classroom as the standard, acquiring the research data effectively. We analyze the reason of poor academic students in teachers, students, family education, ethnic community culture, and school education policy, etc., and find the strategy of education transformation countermeasures from policy orientation, schools, teachers, and the actively study of students for the whole Minority rural area in Yunnan province, in order to cultivate the good study habit, inspire the learning motivation, and promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of poor academic students with the effect of the education through force.
