| The poor performance of Uygur students in Mathematics is a common phenomenton. Mathematic is the course of consistency, and it is one of the important course in basic education. The students who has bad methematic fundation would have negatic effect on their future math’s study and career develop. Since the implementation of bilingual education in Xinjiang, although the quality of primary and middle schools mathematics has been significantly improved, the number of students who study hard in mathematics is still increasing. This has become a common phenomenon in current mathematics teaching process. And it is also got the most important focused by front-line teachers in the basic education work. What is the reason caused their difficulty in learning mathematics? How do front-line teachers solve this problem?In this paper, we take 108 pupils in Urumqi 37 th affiliated elementary school as respondents. By use of literatrues, questionarie, interview, case tracking method and other enducation research method, the research aimed to find out the reason for the formation of Uygur students learning difficulty in math. Firstly, this paper prepared preliminary data by sorting and analyzing current research findings. For further understanding to the formation of them, we can take use of questionarie surveys, interviews and case studies, tracking with typical Uygur elementary students with learning difficulty in mathematics. And then by analysis the formation of students learning difficulty, and according to the specific sitation of primary students learning difficulty tranform method, we finally formed transform strategy of it. This provides a reference and support for the transformation of this Uygur students. Through the study and analysis, the main cause of them are as follows: discipline factors, recessive factors, language factors, school factors, students’ own factors and family factors. Based on the analysis for the cause of this problem put forward the corresponding strategy, the basis of specific transformation strategy are as follows: trying to disarm subject factors of mathematics learning difficulties; Efforts to remove hidden factors of mathematics learning difficulties; Efforts to remove language factors study mathematical difficulties; Trying to disarm the school factors mathematics learning difficulties; Trying to disarm itself factors students learn mathematical difficulties; Trying to disarm the family factors study mathematical difficulties; Hand in hand, common focus on elementary school mathematics poor student; Individual individual counseling is the most effective way to transform poor student.In the study we take a full consideration of bilingual education, concepts and requirements of new curriculum reform and training target of quality education.Then the paper put forward the transformation strategy of Uygur students study hard in math under new curriculum concepts. Because of the constraints of author’s own level and the interference of relevant factors in the investigation and case analysis, there are some deficiencies in the reasearch, it will be further improved in the future study. |
