How to effectively implement "The etiquette education" ? What are the general rules from specific examples?In this paper, we have used the integrated use of literature analysis method, "practice and reflection" the action research method, questionnaire survey method and other research methods, we did the theoretical analysis of the necessity of "etiquette education", "theory of structure and the support system of etiquette education", analyzed the deep reasons behind students’ lack of etiquette. And in the practice of "L school" as an example, a detailed description of "etiquette education content development," "the etiquette education", "the practical form of etiquette education" network management; the implementation of a complete "etiquette education" program goals(students to label after the normal socialization process),(imitation and innovation), method(lead and cooperation) and the effect(student personality socialization) system deeply, and put forward the theory of constructive thinking on the etiquette education.Extension and application of research results will be helpful to students learning through the etiquette education of the school, to feel the importance of etiquette, etiquette plays an important role to realize the students enhance the civilization accomplishment; conducive to schools through the etiquette education, moral education and highlight the school characteristics, effectively guarantee the education teaching work; is conducive to the school management through etiquette education research, the formation of a system of moral education management mode; the other is conducive to a better school etiquette education experience reference.
