Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Wuhan College Labor Union To Carry Out Sports Activities

The faculty and staff is the mainstay of scientific research and education in our country. It helps to promote the university faculty and staff actively participate in sports, to ease the work pressure,and to enhance the level of healthy life. Thus we can push forward the rapid development of China’s science and education.In this paper, using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics, to investigate and Research the current situation and influencing factors of 12 university trade unions in Wuhan to carry out sports activities. Draw the following conclusions:University trade unions in Wuhan city carry out sports activities adopt highly centralized administrative management mode. The main form of organized sports activities are the school sports meeting and sports associations, but the number of individual sports associations are different. It mainly contained the public fitness class project, and staff participation is not high. The trade unions in Colleges and universities are short of sports professional staff, mainly in the sports department of teachers and part-time staff. Their age mostly range from 41 to 50, presents the trend of "a few at each extreme and many in between"; The physical health guide ability of physical educators become an argument. There is a shortage of professionals have both organization of sports events and management of sports work. Funds of University Union in Wuhan is mainly depend on the allocation of universities, and the expenditure is relatively concentrated.Most of the stadiums operated independently by the trade unions in colleges and universities are gymnasiums. Venues and equipment to carry out sports activities mainly rely on borrowing from the sports department. The organization of trade unions in Colleges and universities to carry out sports activities of the regulatory system is not perfect. The lack of management regulations on secondary trade unions and sports associations is obvious. To carry out sports activities largely affected by season, climate and the teaching time. The faculty and staff has poor satisfaction about the sports activities carried out by the trade union organizations in Colleges and universities.The factor analysis of influencing factors of university trade unions sports activities, which is composed of four factors.
