Research On The Construction Of Talent Team Of Xinjiang Think Tank

Development of China’s think tanks construction is still in the initial stage, the status of talent team construction in our country at present is still a lack of accurate,comprehensive, in-depth, grasp, urgent to carry out in-depth theoretical study on construction of intelligence personnel. In the face of the current social transformation accelerated, Xinjiang think tanks in the policy in the aspects of preparation did not do a good job, especially in some local governments still follows the more traditional and closed decision-making model, but due to lack of intelligence of their own development, but also makes the research level and the demand side has a large gap between the requirements of. As a local government at all levels of demand side,supply side or as a think tanks, has yet to form a more perfect operation mechanism suitable for the development needs of the modern, which not only greatly limits the development of Xinjiang think tanks, but also hindered the process of public policy science.In this paper, basedon some representative for the local government of Xinjiang, the research focuses on the analysis of the current situation,these think tanks talent team construction and achievements, analysis on the channel of introducing think tanks talents, talent management mechanism of theproblems existing in the construction of a think-tanks talent team of Xinjiang local government from the status quo, the and theseproblems of economy,society, environment, in order to better the construction of think-tanks talent team of Xinjiang, put forward the constructive suggestion.
