The Research On "Think Tank" Construction Of Chinese Universities

With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,“Think Tank”plays an important role in an increasing number of areas.It can not only serve the government decisions,but also make a contribution to the social services.governing the country must be good at concentrating all aspects of wisdom,gathering the most extensive strength,focusing on building a number of large influential and international influence of high-end “Think Tank”,paying attention to the professional think tank construction.Since the construction of the university think tank,it has greatly improved the supply of knowledge as its rapid output of knowledge,it adapted to the current deepening of China's reform requirements to a certain extent,and it also promoted the national and local economic and social development.However,due to the deepening of the reform stage,in the face of complex interests and changes in the situation,the government needs the universities to provide specialized,forward-looking and foreseeable effective knowledge,strengthening the construction of university think tank is imminent.This paper bases on the importance of establishing a new type of university think tank.First of all,from the academic theory of combing colleges and universities to establish a new think tank of the theoretical system,from the literature at home and abroad to sum up the refinement,aiming at understanding of the profound connotation and characteristics of the university think tank thoroughly.Then from the practical point of view,combining with China's national conditions,from the government's political environment,social environment,economic environment and other aspects to start,analysis on the development and the situation of Chinese university think tank.Chinese university think tank plays a major functional role,mainly throughundertaking the subject matter to provide government policy advice,surmising for the official think tank platform,taking a part in a variety of academic conference display,participating in decision-making important meetings or lectures,etc.to disseminate policy ideas.In the analysis of the actual situation of the construction of the think tank in our country,the author finds that there are some problems in colleges and universities in China,such as the low contribution rate of the university results to the decision-making,the application of the think tank results need to be improved,the operability of the university think-tank results is poor,and the less communication between the universities and so on.Then the author analyzes the causes of the above problems,including the lack of social influence in some colleges and universities,the low cognition rate of the think tank,the simple mechanism of the operation of the think tank,the weak service and the weak sense of innovation.In view of the existing problems,the author carries out serious research and puts forward some countermeasures.First,enhance the decision-making rate of think-tank conversion rate through the transformation of the operating mechanism of the think tank and enhancing the sense of policy efficiency.Second,expand the results of the social transmission rate of think tank through the media,mass communication,organizational communication and other ways.Third,strengthen the effective integration of government research,and promote the sharing of database resources and other strategies.
