On Education Of Happiness Of Primary And Secondary School Students In Fuzhou From The Perspective Of Humanistic Management

Since ancient times, people have been in pursuit of happiness. Education should aim at developing people’s ability to pursue happiness and lead them to happiness. People-oriented education attaches importance to happiness in every stage of life. However, in the test-oriented education system in China, primary and secondary school students are under great pressures of schoolwork and competition. The pressure limits the development of their mental and physical health. There is more and more negative news in recent years associated with teenagers. And adolescent behavioral problems in China present the low age tendency. These phenomena reflect the social impetuous atmosphere and unhealthy mentality. Teenagers represent the hope and future of their families and the motherland, so it determines the happiness index of families and the whole society whether they are happy or not. It has become an important topic for educators how to explore the effective methods from management level to promote primary and middle school students’ happiness. Happiness should not only be the goal of education, but it should also be involved in the whole educational process.This paper, based on the perspective of humanistic management and the theme of happiness education, does research on present situation of the more than one thousand primary and middle school students through literature study and empirical investigation. And this paper analyzes the factors affecting the sense of happiness from primary and middle school students, and tries to find an approach to bring up happy students, happy teachers in harmonious campuses, in order to provide some reference for the educational system associated with happiness teaching in Fuzhou and some experience for the exploration in this field.
