Study On The Problem And Strategy Of Students' Self-management In Fuzhou Private Middle Schools

Compared with the traditional examination-oriented education,quality education not only targets to improve students' knowledge level and learning ability,but also attaches importance to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and helps students to shape sound personality and correct world outlook.Outlook on life and values.The management level of students in private high schools determines whether the quality education of students can really be implemented,which directly affects the survival and development of the school and the effect of running schools with characteristics.Therefore,it is very important to study the problem of student management.In this context,this paper uses the theory of multicenter governance of public management and educational management,Maslow demand hierarchy theory,target management theory and other related theories,to Fuzhou M private Middle school as an example,understand the current situation and achievements of private high school student management,and then analyze the current situation of Fuzhou private high school student management through questionnaire survey and individual interviews.It is concluded that the common problems existing in the student management of Fuzhou private high school are the simplification of the school management mode,the single management content,the insufficient investment of student management funds and the lack of attention paid by the society and parents to the student management work.This paper analyzes the specific reasons for the formation of student management problems in Fuzhou private high schools,such as the lag of the concept of student managers in private middle schools,the rigidity of management mode and the imperfection of management mechanism.In view of the problems existing in the management of students in Fuzhou private high schools,combined with the reality,this paper aims at improving the degree of attention,reforming the management mode,cultivating the students' independent management ability and establishing the society.This paper putsforward some countermeasures to solve the problems of student management from the aspects of home-school linkage mechanism.In a word,the research and analysis of this paper provide feasible suggestions and suggestions for promoting quality education and improving the management level of senior high school students in private middle schools.
