This research adopts the educational research methods of literature analysis, case analysis and comparative research method, in order to cognitivism and constructivism learning theory as the basis, to investigate the biological science history as a material of the biological sciences college entrance examination of life mode, analysis of the specific implementation to construct the proposition strategy, to construct a mode using the biological science history as propositional materials.First of all, to explain the related concept in study field; secondly, to choose cognitivism and constructivism theory as the basis, to establish the theoretical foundation for biological sciences as the propositional material; Again, to collect and analyze PEP high school biology compulsory modules in the history of science data and the biological science questions in the 2006-2014 national college entrance biological papers, in order to provide beneficial references for the selection of the proposition of material and the presentation of test situation; finally, to explore the test design taking the biological science history as materials.With the examples of the biological questions of the college entrance exam, from the discussion on the four dimensions of ideas, material selection and processing, question and answer and score standards etc, to investigate a general method of the history of sciences as materials for the biological test design of the university entrance exam.
