Foreign well-known measurement expert Ronald Hambleton (2008) mentioned,"If we ignore the exam score report, and that all efforts were in vain." In recent decades, the United States, Canada and other countries are very concerned about the score report and obtained fruitful results in the theory and practice of research.After the entrance, the Chinese students and parents only obtaine the total score and subjects scores.Even if two candidates have the same score,it does not mean they have the same level of cognitive or thinking ability; A single score is too simple, and not representative, and not be able to facilitate students’ learning and teachers teaching. More and more people are in favor of the scores to form a feedback and educational services.The design of large-scale writing test score report is necessary and feasible.This thesis makes comprehensive use of a literature analysis, the case study method, survey method, cross-cultural studies.etc. On the one hand, the paper defines and explains the related concepts such as the college entrance examination. Comprehensive science proficiency test,Score report design, science comprehensive ability test score report design.simultaneously, based on the theoretical basis of the score report design assumptions. The other hand, the paper introduces the international scores reports, practice analysis.On this basis, the paper design formula and the Case of the college entrance examination score report.
