Examination is the basic way by which we can evaluate education and measure teaching quality. The country authority can select talents and promote the qualities of middle school as well as carrying out the curriculum reform by a college entrance examination paper of high quality. Since 2004, decision-making power of formulate college entrance test questions were sent down to Jiang Su province. Many experts and teachers expressed their comments on history test questions every year .In this thesis, the history test questions of college entrance examination of Jiang Su from 2004 to 2009 are wholly analysed and evaluated, which is in the aim of exploring the features of history test questions in six years and considering the approaches of history teaching in schools under its influence.The dissertation consists of five parts. First of all, the research background, significance and research situation will be briefly introduced. Secondly, the history examination questions of Jiang Su from 2004 to 2007 are analysed and evaluated year by year. Thirdly, the history examination questions of 2008 and 2009 under new plan of college entrance examination of Jiang Su are analysed and evaluated. Then, the whole feature and trend of history examination questions during six years will be elaborated. In this part, the author's suggestions of making examination questions will be talked about. Last but not the least, a combination of the features of history examination questions and continuous history teaching experiences in senior middle school is taken under great consideration, the further proposals of history teaching will be provided.Hope this research can promote the reform of college entrance examination question making, and the functions of college examinations can be further developed as well. Through this research, some suggestions and proposals can be provided to those who are charge of making history examination questions and all history teachers.
