Research On The Influence Factors Of Full Time MAE Graduate Career Choice

In the pressure of population growth and resources and environment constraints, to achieve sustainable development of agriculture need agricultural talents. In this context, a large number of full-time MAE graduates physiological should become a shortage of talent in various agricultural jobs, but full-time MAE graduates employment status of agricultural industry is worrying in China, the agriculture related post embarrassing vacancy and agricultural professional show quite weak job market in stark contrast, So, improving the full-time MAE graduates employment rate of agricultural professional counterparts, reducing the loss of talent, has become an urgent problem to solve. Therefore, this paper choose full-time MAE graduates employment as the research object, put forward the flow of full-time MAE graduates employment guidance strategy, which is of great significance in theory and practice.This paper combines theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, according to the rational choice theory, construct an employment selection theoretical analysis framework to full-time MAE master, descriptive statistical analysis based full-time MAE graduates employment situation on some colleges and universities, using Logit regression method to empirically examine the full-time MAE graduates employment selection mechanism the system factors, put forward to improve the full-time MAE agricultural employment policy recommendations to promote agriculture, construction, promoting the building of a harmonious socialist society. The research results not only help to enrich the full-time MAE professional occupation issues in theory, but also can effectively solve the loss problem for agriculture related personnel to provide guidance in practiceThe results show that:first, the employment selection theoretical analysis framework show the full-time MAE graduates employment choice is the result of graduates personal characteristics, economic factors, social factors and environmental factors. Third, an empirical study on the employment data from some colleges’ full-time MAE graduates show, factors affecting employment choose full-time MAE graduates is more outstanding person is matching and whether the employer matching factors.Based on above analysis, in view of the employment problems of full-time MAE graduates,from the state,society, school, individual according to the different responsibilities of the four main roles and they play different roles in the employment of full-time MAE graduates, put forward the corresponding strategies and measures.
