Part-time Graduate Students Of Free Schoolwork Instead

Under the background of market economy, a lot of graduate students in China do a part-time job outside school. This study take the graduate students in Capital Normal university in Beijing as the research object and adopt the combination of questionnaire and interview hybrid method to study the part-time behavior.In order to know the basic situation of the graduate students doing part-time job in the school, the author send the "survey of the graduate students doing part-time job "questionnaire to the graduate students in the school, then analyze the recovery questionnaire with the SPSS software. In order to know the graduate students’part-time behavior more deeply, the author had interviewed twelve graduate students deeply and take generic analysis to the Interview data.Analysis the questionnaire with interview data, the author found that:the graduate students dissociating between school work and part-time job. As much as eighty percent of all graduate students have taken a part-time job During the period of school, and the job is not related with their profession in school; the ability they have got in the job can not do help to their job in the future.The innovation of this study is that the Coleman’s rational choice theory in combination with Simon’s bounded rationality theory to study the part-time behavior.
