Research On Model Construction And Application For Chinese Higher Education Charge

Since 1990s, with the deepening of Chinese economic system reform and the imbalance between supply and demand of higher education, public finance could not independently support the financial needs of higher education. Under this circumstance, China implemented the tuition system for higher education. These measures promoted the development of Chinese higher education cause and cultural quality.However, with the development of tuition system for the higher education, many problems appeared. Higher education fee has become an issue arousing wide attention and discussion from the society because of the important role of higher education. This paper explores the issue of higher education tuition fee and has profound theoretical and practical significance.Utilizing basic economic theories and mathematics method, it endeavors to design a scientific and reasonable charge model for higher education tuition fees and proposes some suggestions for perfecting the tuition system for Chinese higher education.The main contents of this paper include three parts. Firstly it analyzes the current situation and deficiency of Chinese higher education and lays the theoretical foundation for the research which includes management, economic and mathematical theories be applied to higher education tuition pricing model. Then, using these theories, it builds a model for higher education tuition fee and give some examples to test its feasibility. At last, it comes up with some supplementary policies and improves the model.
