Competitive Wushu belongs to the difficult and beautiful item of group of skill dominated sport,sport with the athletic level was elevated to higher and higher levels,the trend of development of competitive martial arts show "high, difficult, new, beautiful". The new period, with the continuous development of Wushu techniques, of Competitive Wushu routine request is "thecombination of the new, large load, quick action, high and stable landing, vacated, modelling beauty". This requires the Wushu athletes not only have strong comprehensive physical quality, but also has a relatively good fitness level. Competitive routines from the formal point of view, coordinate the hub of Competitive Wushu athletes limbs movement at the waist,therefore, strength training an important link in the special training of Wushu athletes is that athletes waist and abdomen. The youth athlete is a force of China competitive Wushu,competitive Wushu represents China future, effectively the waist abdomen strength training on it, improve its special performance, is of great significance to the development of Chinesemartial arts.In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics, logical induction, select 168-14-year-old athlete from Fuzhou Wushu Sports School as experimental subjects, divided into an experimental group and a control group, the experimental group were suspended eight weeks of training, the control group 8 weeks of traditional strength training; according to the motion characteristics and the physical and psychological characteristics of children Wushu athlete’s athletic programs, learn from training in competitive sports suspension the study, based on the actual conditions of the training requirements, select abdomen hanging on, hanging crunches, sit-feet suspended top hip, lateral ankles hanging exercises, sit-leg support (left/right), left/right lateral leg support, elbow support static prone exercises, prone tuck 8 groups suspension action; by the test results before and after the experimental group and the control group experiments waist power quality, technical achievements and goals Wushu muscle EMG explore suspension on the traditional strength training and muscle strength training to their waist. Conclusions are as follows:1.after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group from sit-2, prone backnumber are larger, both before and after the experiment the experimental group and the control group from supine, prone back results through data analysis of P< 0.05, the differences are significant, explain the suspension training and traditional strength training on the athletes’lumbar abdomen strength has significantly improved effect.2.through the muscle test of selected muscles in experimental group, the erector spinae muscles before and after the experiment, the multifidus muscle EMG integral P< 0.05, change has significant difference; erector spinae maximum amplitude before and after the experiment and P<0.05, change has significant difference. Before and after the experiment and the control group selected muscle EMG and maximum amplitude although has certain change, but do not have significant difference.3.the experimental group athletes step cyclone leg connected Bu, a step outside the swingleg rotation angle has been significantly improved, and compared before and after the traininghad significant differences, that suspension training has a positive impact on children’s Wushu Routine Athletes of the special technical development. The control group on the step cycloneleg connected Bu, a step outside leg swing rotation angle difference before and after the experiment, P> 0.05, the difference was not significant, and shows the traditional strength training on special technology action athletes Wushu development is not obvious.4.children wushu athletes are in force for the development of golden period, through this experiment validation, suspension training to improve the competitive wushu athletes waist abdomen strength compared with the traditional strength training has a certain advantage, given the importance of the waist abdomen strength of competitive martial arts movements, can join increase suspension training a new training method into the martial arts in the process of the waist abdomen strength training.
