| Research Objectives:This research explores the effect of suspension training on the sanda athletes’ core muscle group explosive force from the highest point of torque,the rate of core exerting,the degree of muscle activation,and the result of striking respectively. And,this paper also compares the suspension training with the traditional strength training,hoping to provide sanda coachers and teachers with theoretical references and empirical parameters for core muscle explosive strength training, ultimately to make the training more scientific and targeted,so as to improve training quality and effect.Research Objects and Methods:The objects of this research are 12 outstanding sanda athletes(level 1 or above)who come from Athletic School of Shanghai University of Sport(SUS). Since September 15,2014 to November 23,2014,these 12 outstanding sanda athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,6 people each group.Two groups received 10-week exercise intervention in strict accordance with the experimental scheme,three times a week,30 minutes each time. In the process of training, both the in-training control and after-training control were strictly observed.Records and analysis of the two groups of athletes pre and after the experiment include abdomen and back muscles,the torque of hip muscle,the force-exerting ratio of core muscle,the degree of muscle activation,and striking effect test index. Among them abdomen and back muscles,the torque of hip muscle,the force-exerting ratio of core muscle were evaluated with Con-trex isokinetic testing system made in Swiss.After the collection of data,Excel was adopted to establish the database,SPSS22.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis,in-group comparison was done with pair T test, trans-group comparison with independent sample T test.Research Results:1. the effect of suspension training on Under muscle group, peak torque of hip joint,and relative peak torque After 10 weeks of suspension training,low speed under muscle group,peak torque of hip joint,relative peak torque in low-speed 60 ° between the two way/s relative extensor peak torque measure exists significant difference(p < 0.05).In experimental group compared with the experimental measurement before and 60 °peak torque,60 °/s back relative peak torque,60 °/s flexor peak torque,60 °/s relative peak torque flexor had significant difference(p < 0.05).2. The effect of Suspension training on abdomen and back muscle and the hip power rate After 10 weeks of suspension training, low speed under,hip core muscle mass rate, between the two way in 60 °/s rate of abdominal core muscle mass force exists significant difference(p < 0.05), and 60 °/s core flexor muscle mass force rate extremely significant differences(p < 0.01),the experimental group compared with the experimental measurement before,in the 60 °/s rate of core abdominal muscle mass force,60 °/s core flexor muscle mass force rate has a very significant difference(p < 0.01);High speed under,hip core muscle mass rate,the experimental group compared with the experimental measurement before, in the 180 °/s rate of core abdominal muscle mass force,240 °/s core flexor muscle mass force rate on all had significant difference(p < 0.05),while the control group compared with before the trial,only in the 240 ° / s core flexor muscle mass force rate had significant difference(p < 0.05).3.The effect of suspension training on striking Suspension training effect on the effects of main show is in the process of the special technology action degree of muscle activation and strike force. After 10 weeks of suspension training,the experimental group under the straight and players action compared with before the trial,core muscle group muscle activation degree only left,vertical shaft sma sma right index had significant difference(p < 0.05); Experimental group compared with the experiment before the test,the straight in force,the straight players strike force, relative force, relative force players indexes had significant difference(p < 0.05); While the control group compared with before the trial,the four indicators were not produced significant difference(p > 0.05).Research Conclusions:1. Suspension training is applied in a wider scope, on the training of sanda athletes use, has a significant effect, it can show the actual basis is under muscles relative peak torque and back muscles, and muscles of the hip flexor.2. The suspension training can improve the athletes core muscle group explosive force, mainly displays in the core to increased muscle mass force, that core muscle group can play a greater power in a short time.3. The suspension training improves the stability of the core muscles and coordination, improve muscle activation degree, power transmission ability enhancement, is advantageous to the core muscle group cohesion, transfer and integration power. The straight in sanda athletes and players force has increased significantly. |
