With the further reform of foundation education, the content of new curriculum become more extensive. However, the detailed explain is very limited. There are many teaching problems that teachers and students concern carefully. questionnaire and interview and statistics were employed. The thesis try to discover the deepest reasons of those problems and to research effective solution. In order to offer some suggestions for further physical teaching.This study do research on mechanics questions in high school physics PEP compulsory one, compulsory two and elective three-five. The questionnaire is modeled on Yu Zong yuan’s questionnaire "high school physics teaching difficult Causes and Breakthrough Strategy" in Northeast Normal University. In addition, according to new curriculum system and syllabus, the thesis exploit questionnaire for teachers and students. It also exploit test paper for students. Questionnaire, interview and statistics were employed. The questionnaire aimed at investigating the mechanics problems in the process of teaching. Then the results of the survey were analyzed. The students’ test papers aim to further verify the correctness of the students’ understanding of difficult problems in mechanics. The results of the questionnaire were employed for Attribution analysis. Finally, find out the causes of problems through the analysis. What’s more, the thesis put forward several factors in the formation of difficult problems and some effective solution.Based on Investigation, the thesis classified and summarized the teaching problems of mechanics. In addition, the thesis puts forward some solution to solve difficult problems. The causes of difficult problems: The difficult teaching problems of Physics,students’ cognitive ability and thinking skills gaps, students don’t have a great interest in physics, teaching attitude is not correct and professional knowledge and ability is poor,family education concepts misguided, the allocation of school resources are not in place,the negative impact of social factors on student thinking. The effective solution:strengthening the guidance on students and improving the teachers’ ability. Although Causes and strategy is not very comprehensive, the author will continuously explodecauses of difficult problems and effective breakthrough strategies in the future.
