Research And Developing Trend Of Quality Higher Vocational Colleges

Over the past decade, as a kind of higher education, higher vocational education (HVE) has made rapid development in China. Both the number of schools and the number of students in school, it accounted for half of China’s higher education. The development of HVE has made indelible contributions in the popularization of higher education in our country. Along with the scale development of higher vocational education in China, the education quality problems become more and more noticeable. How to improve the HVE education quality and to make it commensurate with the expansion trend becomes a very serious problem. And how to make HVE achieve sustainable development become the urgent problems facing it. Facing with the personnel market, HVE has no choice but to rely on education quality management to realize this goal, and by improving the education quality management level to improve the quality of talent cultivation.This article is based on the theory of educational quality management and adopts norm study and case study methods. Firstly, this paper presents its background and meaning, its research development at home and abroad, research and methods, innovation and deficiency etc. The paper probes the concept of HVE education and education quality management, and specially analyzes education quality management current situation of HVE schools, its problems and reasons.The paper analyzes the situation and development trend of the quality evaluation, and the development trend of HVE. By the research, I think the fundamental issue of education quality management of HVE schools is lacking the scientific quality view. It needs innovating education system. The key to solve these problems is to establish long-term efficiency system, that is to say, establishing internal quality assurance system.
