With the rise of flipping the classroom teaching mode, in recent years, this new mode of teaching has become a new wave of education reform at home and abroad, but also for the further development of high school mathematics teaching provides a new way of thinking. In order to response the call "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan"(2010-2020) of "accelerate the process of education information," to deal with the new requirements of the new curriculum for junior high school mathematics teaching reform proposed by the flip classroom teaching applied to the junior high school mathematics teaching, combined with the characteristics of flip classroom can advantageously solve outstanding problems that exist in junior high school mathematics teaching. Based on the understanding and respection of junior high school students’ cognitive development, the flipped classroom design of junior high school mathematics teaching aims to improve teaching efficiency and optimize the effect of teaching,forst students self-learning ability, collaborative inquiry and innovative ability to meet student individualized learning needs.In this study, firstly, I used the literature study, on the basis of reading a lot of books and access to the relevant research literature, collecting and organizing on Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode, instructional design, junior high school mathematics teaching, and clarifying ideas and research theoretical framework; Then under the flipped classroom teaching mode, junior high school mathematics were designed by flipped classroom, respectively, for the pre-class knowledge transfer stage and the stage of classroom knowledge within a scientific and detailed instructional design,And based on first-year junior high school mathematics textbooks, wrote and designed of the "solution of a linear equation- the merger of similar items and move items" and "practical problems with one dollar equation" two teaching design cases.And empirical research done in junior high school mathematics teaching,make the organic combination of theory and practice;Finally, note that the theoretical knowledge from refined and summary concludes with practical operational conclusions to form valuable results.By junior high school mathematics in flipped classroom teaching design, obtained the following conclusions:(1) Flipped classroom teaching mode and traditional teaching under teaching philosophy, teaching methods and processes are very different. For students’ learning, flipped classroom during the design should rethink and develop, to make it more suitable.(2) Flipped classroom teaching mode will help improve students’ math achievement, and help to improve the learner’s self-learning ability, collaborative inquiry and innovation ability, etc. And the students are interested in this new teaching mode, and give full recognition.(3) Flipped classroom, while having many advantages, but due to the current in the country, flipped classroom is still groping forward, most parts of the country especially in the rural township schools which have poor modern information technology and hardware facilities, inadequate teachers’ information literacy abilities, making the flip classroom teaching widely used in the country is still very difficult, needs further practice and research.
