With the development of The Times, the science and technology, the application of scientific research achievements to the daily life now has been a very common phenomenon, and the development of modern education technology which arises at the historic moment now is also changing rapidly. As we all know that modern education technology includes not only the technology used in classroom teaching, such as:audio technology, video technology, projection technology, Interactive electronic whiteboard technology, computer multimedia technology etc. But also includes the chat or record tools used in the emotional communication between teachers and students, such as:micro letter, weibo, QQ, fetion, post bar, which have a certain status and role in the process of building the relationship between teachers and students.Zankov Leonid Vladimirovich once said that "from the effect of education, the relationship between teachers and students is a very important". As a teacher, you should not only understand the students’ emotion, attitude, intention, encourage and cultivate students’innovation consciousness, but also establish a collaborative relationship dialogue. Therefore, we should not only highlight "democracy, equality, interaction, cooperation" the four major characteristics of the relationship between teachers and students, but also carry out consultation discussion, cooperative learning between teachers and students to explore knowledge, discover knowledge and even create knowledge by using the education technology as the platform, information exchange as the center. These are meant to achieve common development between teachers and students and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and students.The new relationship between teachers and students is got in the environment of modern educational technology in this paper, and Systematic understanding of the impact of the development of modern educational technology on the new relationship between teachers and students. Besides we, from the perspective of teachers and students, connect these with the middle school chemistry discipline characteristics and the specific teaching practice to explore and research. The paper has mainly done the following several aspects of the work:1. By using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview, understand the application of modern educational technology in middle school. Data show that there are 97.45% of the schools have equipped with a dedicated computer room; 86.83% of the schools have installed electronic whiteboard in the classroom; There are 90% of teachers often use PowerPoint; 26% of the teachers would use Flash making courseware; a small number of teachers still even use voice clips software or other software to make courseware. Those show that with modern education technology as a platform for the teaching condition has been considerable development. Besides we can also find by the survey:The modern education technology can not only be used in classroom teaching, but also will help the construction of the relationship between teachers and students, with the help of micro letter, weibo, QQ, chat tools such as post bar can make it no longer limited by the time and space, and the rest of the technology can be applied to improve the teaching effects, also can provide help for the construction of good relationship between teachers and students.2. Combining with the concrete teaching practice to explore the use of technical means such as the video technology, the computer multimedia technology, the electronic interactive whiteboard classroom in the position and role of building a relationship between teachers and students, as well as the micro letter, QQ, fetion, such as class education technology for the further communication between teachers and students.3. Combined with teaching experience and the actual situation to discuss using the modern education technology auxiliary new relationship between teachers and students to build some concrete requirements for the teachers and students:to re understanding of the role of teachers, improve teachers’ability to use modern education technology and literacy, teachers to fully understand the importance of the relationship between teachers and students. And to the implementation of teachers’ specific strategies in the education teaching; Students should strengthen the subject consciousness, stimulate personal emotion, correct understanding of the importance of the relationship between teachers and students for students learning, students fully understand the necessity of constructing the relationship between teachers and students, students’ concrete strategy in the learning process; With education technology as the platform, the basis of the collaboration between teachers and students, build the ideal type of relationship between teachers and students.4. Select contrast experimental class, experimental classes use modern education technology for teaching and often communication each other between teachers and students; The control classes keep the natural teaching method. According to the qualitative quantitative analysis of questionnaire and feedback information:the students number of experimental classes to answer the question accounted for 47.2% of the total, higher than control class41.6%; Experimental classes to solve the problem with the number of times and of the total number of 41.2%, and the control class is 36%; Experimental class cooperation and communication between teachers and students accounted for 53.1% of the total number, while control class is only 45%; Teachers and students’satisfaction of experimental classes is 48%, the control class is 40%; Experimental classes students job completion accounts for 96.4%,94% control class; Assessment of experimental classes three times average score of 65 points, control the class of 63. Data show that the modern education technologies have a certain auxiliary effect in the process of building the relationship between teachers and students.
