Under the impact of economic globalization, the competition pressure is more and more big society, nowadays the college students’ difficult employment problem has already caused the extensive concern. Although there are many reasons for the difficult employment, involving a wide range, but the difficult employment of students has a certain relationship between the formation and the lack of School of our country occupation education and guidance work. At present, occupation guidance is mainly concentrated in the university stage, this stage of the work is only a temporary solution. Therefore, if we really want to solve the employment problem, we should not only be the occupation guidance about the work of the students, the more important thing should be the cultivation of students’ consciousness of occupation planning, the occupation career planning education in students’ career, through long-term accumulation,it should be able to achieve the ideal effect.At present,at each education stage in our country, the student’s occupation career planning education is generally not paid much attention, especially in primary and secondary schools. The research object of this thesis is the stage of secondary education in the senior high school, the world outlook on life values are in the continuous improvement of the high school students, after their graduation, they will enter the university or enter the society, in the high school stage should begin to consider the matter of personal choice of occupation, so to help high school students make the right choice,it is very necessary to carry out the occupation career planning education in the senior high school. At the same time, considering the characteristics of high school students’ learning strength and test pressure of the subject, in the teaching of the occupation career planning education is a good way of education occupation planning. But the high school biology as a comprehensive discipline, there are many related occupation, so it is more suitable to be combined with the occupation career planning education, and be able to achieve better educational results.In this paper, it mainly use the form of questionnaire to understand students’ cognition for the occupation career planning education. The investigation includes: the student of occupation selection ideas and information about the current understanding of the psychological needs; the degree of occupation career planning content of occupation choice; influencing factors especially the factor of college entrance examination for penetration of understanding; content of occupation planning education in the discipline teaching view of occupation planning; permeability education in the senior school biology curriculum contents, way, form of understanding. The analysis of survey results show that most of the students poorly understood the occupation career planning content, but in school education because of the pressure of examinations, this aspect of the curriculum has little or no, leading students to ignore this aspect. In fact, the students are more interested in the occupation planning aspects of the content,it is very favorable to carry out the implementation of occupation career planning education. The survey results show that 97.4% of the students expressed the hope to get occupation information associated with the subjects from the high school biology curriculum, and they all have their own understanding about the penetration of the occupation career planning education in the senior high school biology curriculum in the content, form and so on.The focus of this paper is to analysis the high school biology textbooks in high school biology classroom and how to combine the teaching material contents content with occupation career planning education, and give a teaching case. The analyses of the teaching material is not only the material in the direct related column content, mainly on the contents of each section in the textbook of occupation, collecting related information, it is reasonable to combination and the content of classroom teaching, permeate the occupation career planning education penetrate into each class, and the penetration of these content makes stronger interest class, not to increase the burden on students, so as to achieve better learning effect.This paper briefly discusses the penetration of the occupation career planning education in the senior high school biology teaching in the way, including the organization of the theme class meeting; occupation career planning education held lectures and seminars; the effective use of moral education activities and a variety of extracurricular activities, and the purpose is to enrich the permeation pathway, in this way the students can have more comprehensive and systematic understanding about the occupation information related to the occupation career planning education, more attractive, so as to achieve better educational results. At the same time, what should be emphasized is that the education has relatively high requirements for teachers and schools, mainly the view of the teachers’ mastery of content of occupation planning education and understanding of the relevant information of the school and the teacher occupation; the change of educational concept, and it mainly refer to the ability to truly recognize that the occupation career planning education is an important part of school education; and the school should have imperfect facilities.
