Quality education requires teachers to have a good professional quality, which also requires normal students to have a good professional quality. The purpose of this study is to construct the evaluation standard of professional quality of mathematics normal students, and evaluate the professional quality of the mathematics normal students on the basis of the standard, explore the development laws, put forward reasonable suggestions for cultivating the professional quality of mathematics normal students. So this article research content mainly has two aspects: construct the professional quality standards of mathematics normal students; explore the characteristics and laws of its development. In this paper, determine the evaluation standard of professional quality of mathematics normal students which is composed of three dimensions, seventeen categories, and the three dimensions are professional concept, professional knowledge, professional ability. Determine the weight of each category and each dimension by using the mathematics method and principle of fuzzy; Evaluate the professional quality of the mathematics normal students by preparing a statement of questionnaire of the evaluation scale; Analyze the reliability and validity of the evaluation scale by using SPSS19.0, and analyze the result difference on gender and grade level, get the following conclusion: Construct the evaluation standard of professional quality of mathematics normal students from the weight of each category and each dimension, D=W?μ=0.352μ1+0.315μ2+0.333μ3,μ1,μ2,μ3 are the membership degree of professional concept, professional knowledge, and professional ability, whose evaluation vector isμ=(μ1,μ2,μ3)T, D is the value; The value corresponds to a certain level,so the professional quality of mathematics normal students is at the medium level, the professional concept is at the medium level, the professional knowledge and professional ability are at qualified level; Value is increasing with increasing grade; The professional quality of mathematics normal students from grade 2011 and 2012 is at the medium level, and the professional quality of mathematics normal students from grade 2011 and 2014 is at the qualified level; They are no significant difference in gender dimension of the professional quality of mathematics normal students; The critical period of the development of professional quality is from grade 3 to grade 4, the critical period of the development of professional concept is in grade 2, the critical period of the development of professional ability is from grade 3 to grade 4; The system course is the basic way to improve the professional quality of mathematics normal students, it is also very necessary for mathematics normal students to develop professional quality by developing diathesis activity properly.
