| Mental health education is the common need of physical and mental healthy growth among primary and middle school students. At the same time, it is also the necessary requirement to promote the quality-oriented education in an all-round way at the primary and middle school. Since China’s reform and opening up, it is stronger for mental health education every day as the psychology extensively developed, the quality of school mental health education is also becoming more and more increasing. The stand or fall of mental health education lies in teachers. But, most prominently, here are that the professional level of teachers is comparatively low and the stability of the teaching team is rather poor for primary and middle school in YanJi city. The quantity is not enough for the teachers of mental health education and most are the part-time, low team identification as well, here are no sound incentive mechanism perfect training system, principal concept and so on. A serious of problems are seriously restrict the effective development of mental health education. It is become the most important task of mental health education for primary and middle school to build a scientific, professional, stable teaching team. In this study,I mainly adopt the literature and survey methods to learn about the structure of the mental health education team, level, degree of recognition, incentive mechanism, principal concept and training study at the primary and middle school in YanJi City. Combined with individual interviews among the teachers of mental health education, the paper discusses how the present situation influences the incentive mechanism, principal concept and training study. Through the analysis results of the investigation and discussion, finally get the following conclusion:First, inappropriate implementation of policy, non-standard employment of mental health education teacher and appointment standards result in unreasonable composition structure about mental health education teacher of primary and middle school in YanJi. Second, weakness incentive mechanism and low treatment bring about lower professional knowledge, and the level of professional skills, more than that, the role positioning is not accurate in the team of mental health education teacher among primary and middle school in YanJi. Third, the principal do not attach importance to mental health education, the teams’ existence and development will be troubled. Fourth, lacing of comprehensive training system make the mental health education teacher not obtain the learning and training of professional knowledge and skills, also, it is restrict development of the team about mental health education teachers.Based on the research conclusions, I put forward the following Suggestions:First, give full play to the role of monetary policy, and strengthen the scientific management of the mental health education teachers’ team. Second, it is important to establish and consummate the incentive and binding mechanism, and to improve the power to the team of mental health education among primary and middle school. Third, increasing the concept of the principal and give great direct attentions to the team for mental health education at the primary and middle school on development aspect; Fourth, by means of building training system to provide a large enough variety platforms for the team of mental health education at the primary and middle school in learning aspect. |
