| As a tool, a kind of culture, Chinese characters is contains rich connotation. They are playing an important part in our lives. It can be said to understand the Chinese characters is the premise to master the Chinese culture. So, how to make the students efficient memorize the Chinese characters is very important in the language education stage of primary and secondary school. Years of education facts have also proved that learning Chinese characters is the basis and conditions to conducive the expansion of education and enhance the quality of education. As the basis of Chinese reading and writing, the literacy teaching plays an important role in to improve the students’ language ability, enhances Chinese literacy, science literacy and humanistic literacy. Since the 21 st century, the new curriculum reform continuously, the importance of literacy teaching in the stage of primary and secondary schools has also been further deepening; literacy teaching becomes more and more attention. The requirements of literacy teaching in the standard of new Chinese curriculum in primary and secondary schools in 2011 published are further clear. At the same time, the problems are existing in the literacy teaching also gradually highlights on the accompanied by gradual strict and refinement requirements of literacy teaching. The effect of literacy teaching in primary school is not satisfied. Therefore, how to find an efficient literacy teaching methods to let the student’s literacy learning improve under the background of more and more scientific literacy teaching standards has become an important problem of exploring in literacy teaching. The purpose is to let students can accurately grasp and use a large numbers of Chinese characters within a certain amount of time. Previous researchers have put forward various forms of teaching methods, trying to improve the literacy teaching. All kinds of literacy teaching experiment has achieved certain effect of teaching, but the literacy teaching is still have great space for improvement. As a teacher in the future, we must use the right attitude to treat the existing research results of literacy teaching, not blindly follow, also don’t blindly oppose. We should absorb the advantages of existing literacy teaching with science, for formation the useful strategy of literacy teaching.
