In China, teenager’s physical health has never been able to improved, underlying reason is the lack of awareness for young students to actively participate in physical exercise, and the habits of actively participate in physical exercise are not formed. Awareness has initiative, so raise the students’ expectancy value of physical education students, inspire young people interested in physical education is a top priority of the current task. To develop physical activity habits, the most feasible way of lifelong sports consciousness is to consider young students as a starting point.This study is in the context of physical education, teaching with the plans of 5E teaching model, which lasted a year. By comparing students’ expectation and situation interest after using experimental curriculum and standard curriculum, we analysis the feasibility of "5E teaching mode” which is based on concept sport. Before the experiment curriculum implementation, we choose 15 middle schools in Shanghai. Grade six, grade seven, grade eight that were randomly selected from a class in these 15 schools,three classes per school, total 1481 students were selected for the survey of comprehend expectations and situation interest. After the experiment curriculum implementation, 6 out of 15 regular schools were selected, using the same method to extract the three classes from each school, total of 540 students. By using the method of literature, investigation, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method before and after the experiment, we analysis the differences of high school students’ expectation of physical education and sports classes’ situation interest. Before and after the experiment, we issue a "high school sports expectancy value of Scale" 1481 copies, respectively, before and after the experiment issued 540,200 copies of "high school sports situation Interest Inventory." Results of statistical are as follows:1 After the "5E teaching" experiment learning lesson plans Shanghai high school students in the academic year, their expectations that using the experimental compared to former physical education lesson plans shows a very significant difference. Separately compared on the expectancy value of each factor. In addition to little difference before and after the internal value factor, the other four factors are significant differences in the use of "5E teaching" experiment lesson plans, compared with the previous experimental course accepted sex.2 Two different grades of students’ academic pressure show different learning emphases; different gender students also show different characteristics. The expectation of PE teaching in two different modes also exhibit different degrees of difference.3 After the "5E teaching" experimental learning lesson plans, high school students in Shanghai former sports situation interest were compared with experimental lesson plans, there is a very significant difference. Moreover, different grades of students have significant gender differences in the degree of each dimension.4 through the investigation of two teaching model for student sport expectation and sports scene interest show that: increase student knowledge and ability to enhance sport, physical education and extra-curricular sports activities to the point of interest increased, get instant fun. Therefore, based on the "5E teaching" experiment plans to enhance physical fitness of students, strengthen the awareness of students to actively participate in physical exercise has a positive effect, there is a strong practical significance and it can be extended in Shanghai and other cities.
