In recent years, with the rapid development of local labor economy and rising number of migrant workers in the State, the "left-behind children" growing, the problem is growing, and raised wider concerns. Because of "left-behind children" in the critical period of physical and mental growth, long-term free of parental guardianship, lack of parental care, lack of supervision, gradually produces in the psychology, learning, living and growing problems. This in-depth study of the role of primary school teachers and parents play the status and effects of management factors on the role of primary school teachers and parents to play through this research in the hope of better role-playing Guide for parents.This study selected yanji, two primary school teacher in charge and the han school grade 4,5, and 6 of left-behind children as the research object, adopt the method of questionnaire investigation and interview survey method, mainly studies the following contents:the elementary school teachers’mental health status of maintainer role playing; Elementary school teachers’current study guide role playing; The current situation of primary school teachers life helper role playing; The present situation of the primary school teachers of student development facilitator role playing; And management, teaching management, the quality of teachers in education management, evaluation of the influence of the primary school teachers parents role playing.Through the analysis of the result of the investigation and study and discussion, this study finally formed the following conclusions:Evaluation of teachers and students, the han nationality teachers than Korean parents role playing level is high.
