Life is like a play,a play is like life.Everyone plays different roles on the social stage.Drama master Shakespeare once compared society to the stage, where everyone is an actor, playing a diverse and diverse role.People will be assigned corresponding roles in participating in ever-changing social activities, and their mental state will undergo psychological fluctuations as the roles change. The role theory is just the research on the change of human social role and human psychology. The role theory believes that the social environment affects the choice of roles, and individuals are also actively selecting roles to play.If the character meets the expectations of all parties, the character in the script can be played well.Role conflict may occur if there is discrepancy with the expected role or multiple roles in the role play.Teachers are no exception,as they face various roles in their career, which form a "role cluster".Teachers’ role play in the "role cluster" will also produce Role conflict.Especially in the context of deepening education system reform and rural revitalization in the new era, rural primary school teachers.Studying the role playing and conflict issues of rural primary school teachers is helpful for their professional development and has important value for themselves, others, and the township.Firstly, this article sketches the characteristics of the field where rural primary school teachers are located, and combines literature to outline their expected roles.Through observation, questionnaire, interview, etc.,describe the actual state of Role conflict of teachers in the special field background of "rural" and"primary school".After analysis,it is found that the Role conflict of rural primary school teachers is mainly concentrated in education and teaching,teacher-student relationship and rural social roles.Next, attribution analysis is conducted on the current situation of conflicts in the role-playing of rural primary school teachers. The attribution of conflicts includes both objective external factors and subjective internal factors. The objective external factors are mainly due to the inevitable scarcity of educational material resources, the solidification of teacher evaluation systems, and the high expectations of social roles. The subjective internal factors mainly include unclear role positioning, insufficient role knowledge, weak role abilities, weak regional emotions, and insufficient rural services. Finally, based on the issues and attribution, appropriate strategies are adopted to externally and internally adjust conflicts in the role-playing of rural primary school teachers. The external adjustment strategies mainly include:providing necessary material guarantees to solve teachers’ worries;Innovate the teacher evaluation system and stimulate the motivation for role-playing;Eliminate excessive role expectations and enhance teacher role adjustment. The internal adjustment strategies mainly include:strengthening self integration and awakening, and identifying role identity difficulties;Be good at deceiving others and seeking others internally, increasing the supply of role knowledge;Improve the training system and promote the construction of role abilities;Constructing local cultural identity and cultivating teachers’ regional emotion;Fulfill the responsibilities of intellectuals and leverage the effectiveness of rural services.
