Classroom management for students, teachers construction, and the wholeschool education resource planning has important significance in many aspects.With the deepening of new curriculum reform,more and more education scholars paymore attention to the classroom management status and adopt different managementidea into practice. Classroom management as a breakthrough in the key part of thenew curriculum reform, the full implementation of the new curriculum reform spirit,to create high-quality classroom, to promote all-round development of students. Theflexible management is a kind of new management view, it is the opposite oftraditional rigid management education idea, the management center of gravity is"people-oriented", to promote the all-round development of human beings. Focus onhigh school classroom management status. Therefore, adopt flexible managementperspective to represent the problems of high school classroom management presentsituation, and try to improve flexible management strategy is the focus of this article.This paper takes Anhui Huaibei city F middle school as a case study, and uses theliterature study, questionnaire investigation and observation to present problems,analysis the reason and put forward the corresponding improvement strategy with theflexible management perspective as the angle.In this paper, there are total four parts, content is summarized as following:The first part is introduction, mainly includes the questions, the researchsignificance, research purpose, research method, definition and literature review.The second part is the study of flexible management theory, flexible managementdevelopment history, the characteristics of flexible management in classroommanagement, and the differences with rigid management. The third part is about the high school classroom management, situationinvestigation and analysis of problems under the flexible management perspective.We can get the questionnaire survey, analysis, investigation, survey results, andpropose questions by the teachers and students in Anhui Huaibei city F middle school.This school classroom management status is as follows: the high school classroomresource management is immobilization, the high school classroom management rigidmodel is simplification, and the high school classroom interaction is simplification.The fourth part is the high school classroom management strategy under theflexible management perspective, mainly consists of three parts: a flexiblemanagement, the first, promoting the high school classroom resources, mainly fromthe text resources, construction of teachers team, students self-behavior managementthree aspects discussed; the second, the flexible management, the implementation ofhigh school class, mainly from two aspects of classroom management and classroomemotion building is discussed; the third, building a high school classroom interactionmodel of flexible mainly from the equal dialogue between teachers and students andimprove the classroom assessment mechanism is discussed.
