Whether working in the field of education in China’s socialistconstruction, or in the level of education, are the distinctive sidebanner. In this paper, the "labor education" in1949to1989as theresearch range, tries to comb through labor education of the politicalsystem, economic base, cultural factors, evolution, characteristics,etc, reduction of labor education under the various periods ofinterviews.I believe that, in order to analyze the method of dialecticalmaterialism "benefit" and "harm" labor education, not only for us tocorrectly recognize and understand the evolution of labor educationof great benefit, but also helps to fully learn the founding40years oflabor education excellence theoretical achievements ofcontemporary social development through a combination of theactual situation, in order to guide the resolution of today’s laboralienation path.Academic study of labor education can be described as a lot, but most just a simple sort of labor education and the accumulation ofdevelopment, or that aspect of labor education research methods, theimplementation of other labor education. Few scholars of laboreducation was placed in the context of social development, researchcontinues. This paper is based on these, the labor education into thesocial context and history of the process to be examined in eachperiod, and then its all-round, three-dimensional rendering andanalysis. This article is based on dialectical materialism andhistorical materialism, with the guidance of the scientific concept ofmethod, adhere to the "History of combining theory from history," thestudy philosophy, factual basis, through the mastery of emotionalmaterial, up to rational level, the reality of the actual situation andstrive to appropriate history. This not only helps to clarify thedevelopment of education in the context of labor, but also helps us tobetter learn the essence of labor education, provide some theoreticaland practical help for the moment on the construction of socialisteducation and development.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is theimportance of writing labor education research, mainly from thetheoretical and practical aspects of the above. The second part iswritten exploration, development and reform of labor educationfounding40years, including1949-1962year, explore and experiment labor education;1963to1976, labor and education deviation astray;In1977-1989, labor neat, imbalance of education. The third part is towrite the characteristics of labor education, mainly presenttransformational, realism and times.
