Three-dimensional geometry which is on the basis of plane geometry in junior middle school,is an important part of the senior middle school mathematics.It is the further study on the relationship among the point, line, face in the space graphics. Three-dimensional geometry part.2 is the difficulty of the compulsory Teaching materials, and also the compulsory content of the entrance exam. However, due to the constraints of many factors, the senior students often have difficulty in learning the solid geometry in Compulsory II,that affecting the quality and effectiveness of learning solid geometry. The present situation of students learning interests,mastery of content knowledge,skills and ability to complete the job and so on are what should be studied urgently.In this paper, the methods of the literature,questionnaire survey and interview used to do the research on the learning of the solid geometry.The study found that in the emotional attitude of learning solid geometry science of the art students are relatively low.but the science students, boys, and students whose parents got higher education,and the resident students have more interest, confidence and high er achievement in learning it. In the master of the solid geometry knowledge content, students generally think that space lines, line, face to the vertical and the whole building solid geometry knowledge framework is difficult, but the science students, boys, and students whose parents got higher education can do it better.In terms of solid geometry homework, most students think work and task difficulty is moderate, but the arts students don’t think so. Boys and science students often do better in the more than one solution, test the validity of the title by analysis. Arts students girls and the resident students often do better in listing the wrong subjects systematically, conclusion to making the inductive notes after-school. In learning solid geometry method, most of the students pay attention to preview, review after class. Most assent like their teachers to use PPT or mufti media to teach them the solid geometry. In learning solid geometry effect evaluation, teacher evaluation focuses on the ideas and methods of solving promblems Plane geometry learning content interfere relatively large on three-dimensional geometric.On the supportive capabilities of studying solid geometry,the ability to associate is relatively low for most students.But the science students and the boys do it better than others.The arts school of arts living calculation have less errors, the arts school of arts have good hands-on ability. The paper analyses the causes affects students’ learning on the solid geometry from 6 aspects.A survey on the basis of research proposed several strategies to improve high school students learning solid geometr: Demonstrating the value of three-dimensional geometry, stimulating student interest in learning; developing students’ spatial imagination in intuitive teaching; cultivating non-art arts students the capacity of drawing the picture,cognizing the picture,distinguishing the picture;to strengthen the guidance on the methods of study;choosing suitble teaching methods according to the teaching content; reducing the homeworks’ difficulty of the arts students;focusing on the reasonable evaluation of student learning outcomes of three-dimensional geometry.
