After the reform and open policy, the academia has made great progress in the study of Chinese Modern History. Under the Course and Teaching Reform, many latest research achievements are gradually introduced to the text book of senior high school. However, senior high school history teaching is still puzzled about the latest academic results. A part of senior high school history teachers can’t systematically understand the tendency of the history research. They always lead the history teaching back to the origin. Even worse few teachers can not treat the new history opinions in an objective approach.The dissertation mainly focuses on presenting the changes of research theories, research paradigm, research approaches and research practices in study of Chinese Modern History. And it discusses the leading and penetration on the senior high history teaching, which led by the research of Chinese Modern History. Its body consists of four chapters.Chapter one discusses the changes in research theories and paradigm of Chinese Modern History study. Chapter two summarizes the alterations of the research issues, in order to present the tremendous variations in the research approaches and practices of the Modern History study. Chapter three summarizes the needs of high school history teaching for introduction of the new achievements and the basic principles to be followed. Then, it reveals the statue of high school history education about absorbing new research achievements and figures out the reasons.Chapter four discusses how to apply new results in the practices in high school history teaching by combining some specific teaching cases. It illustrates the leading and penetration for the high school teachers, learning and teaching process, which brought by the new research achievements of Chinese Modern History.
