A behavior was seeded, will reap a habit.A habit is sowing seeds, will reap a character.A character was seeded, will gain a life.There is no doubt that good habits of behavior might affect a person’s future development is the most powerful and lasting effect.Elementary education stage is to cultivate students to form good habits of critical period, especially for first-year primary school grade one students.They need more on the basis of the perfect little join, strengthen the cultivation of their behavior.In recent years, along with quality education constantly change, the study of student behavior are increasingly in-depth.Primary school new students as a special stage of education, not only should give enough attention, the more to the cultivation of the child behavior to provide more effective guidance.The purpose of this study is to jilin province M primary school present situation investigation, analysis of the elementary school freshman behavior problems and their causes, and on this basis puts forward perfect the thinking and countermeasures of primary behavior habits, in order to provide assistance for first-line teachers.This research mainly USES literature method, questionnaire survey method, interviews and other research methods to the elementary school freshman behavior present situation has carried on the investigation, analysis and research. Through the survey found that elementary school freshman in behavior problems mainly has:the primary school study life exists not adapt; Life behavior lack of independence; Exchanges the etiquette; Discipline behavior existence repeatability, etc.On the causes of behavior problems, including the following four aspects:one is the students themselves, the elementary school freshman poor self-control, inattention, and cognitive level also has significant limitations; Second, the family, the cultural level of the parents, parenting, especially NiAiXing family education mode and other adverse effects; Third, schools, exam-oriented education evaluation mode, the teacher in charge teacher’s idea, the authoritarian education mode, etc. Four is the social aspect, mainly lies in the public places within the various social phenomenon not civilization.Through the investigation and analysis, this article on the cultivation of the elementary school freshman behavior put forward the following five Suggestions and countermeasures:1. Adjust the teacher in charge teacher’s focus, strengthen the guidance of the behavior habit.2. Starting from the actual life, develop a sound class management order.3. In combination with the actual situation of students, timely and effective guidance to students.4. Improve the parent-school cooperative platform, and guide parents to do a good job of family education.5. Develop all kinds of education resources, improve the elementary school freshman behavior form of autonomy.
