A Research Of The Relativity Between Family Capital And Graduate Employment Intentions

Along with the development of times, advanced education enrollment expansion, and the mass influx of talent with advanced degree society, for advanced educated unemployment, advanced educated grew louder, such as employment, for highly educated talents reasonable employment problem has caused the wide attention of the society. At the same time, the family become an important link between individual and society. On the employment of university graduates, more and more people know the impact of family’s economic capital, social capital and cultural capital on individual employment intention and the influence of the professional status. Graduate student group as highly educated people accepted the advanced education in a new era, the individual human capital is relatively abundant, while most of them are not really to step into the society. Its concept is still relatively obscured for employment. Employment intention is often not clear enough and the smooth employment of the graduate student sometimes cause adverse effects. According to the characteristics of the two factors, we think, at this stage of domestic capital and correlation of graduate, the further analysis of employment intention has special significance.According to current result, the study of domestic capital and college graduates employment intention is crucial. A lot of information expound the present situation of graduates’ employment intention. They also influence factors and policy advice and other issues. Most of these studies are still at the starting of the view of psychology and sociology. It has a great reference for the employment of university graduates and family relationship between capital and employment intention. In view of these, in order to let more people deeply understand the correlation between domestic capital and graduate employment intention, I made this study. And in this study, I analyze the employment intention of graduate student groups, at the same time, combined with its family factors related to economic, social and cultural capital, trying to find the correlation between each variable. Subject to the south and the north two master’s graduates of normal colleges and universities as investigation object, the investigation of statistical data as the foundation, try to choose family capital of graduate student individual employment intention to study the influence of the breakthrough point. Through theoretical analysis, so as to deepen the understanding of this topic, in the first part of the article I emphatically expounds the theoretical basis of this research and for several related concepts defined. This also is the basis of research. The second part is the research design, and I focus on exquisite three hypothetical proposition, which is divided into the scope of variables. The third part is the main body of the present study, which is a capital of graduate employment intention correlation of specific analysis. The study found that: the capital and the family of graduate employment intention has great relevance the family economic capital on employment intention of influential expected salary and employment purposes; Family social capital in the parents’ professional status and family communication for employment are of great significance to graduate student’s employment intention; Family cultural capital is relatively hidden in graduate students influenced by expectations of employment prospects, etc. Respectively verify the three hypotheses, and detailed analyzed the cause of relevance. The last part is the summary of the study and the overall elaborated the research conclusion and a series of related problems are discussed.
