Classroom teaching is the teachers and students interact actively, common development stage, through the observation of classroom teaching, we know the professional knowledge structure of teachers will affect the quality of students’ learning, classroom interaction between teachers and students between will affect students’ interest in learning, different teachers have different aspects of classroom interaction, the expert teachers in classroom interaction between teachers and students and novice teachers will have the very big difference.The novice teachers to change the growth of expert teachers is necessary for a teacher’s journey, the expert teachers not only rich knowledge, but also to solve the various problems exist in the teaching of high performance, which has a very good role model. The expert teachers and novice teachers in teacher-student interaction in the classroom teaching situation in the end how is it different? If we can find out the reasons of the gap between the two factors, analysis of its causes; finally, according to the expert teacher’s teaching experience, puts forward the suggestions for teachers’ professional development, find a way suitable for novice teachers to realize the true meaning of the teacher-student interaction, so that the novice teachers’ teaching process is shortened, so it can provide a good practice according to the development of novice teachers.This thesis consists of five parts:The first part, introduction. Statement of the origin of this study and significance, the study pointed out that the value, to determine the research ideas and methods.The second part, summarizes the connotation of class between two types of interaction between teachers and students of related concepts.The third part, mainly from the three different aspects of a comparative study of two different types of Chinese teachers in the classroom teaching of the interaction.The fourth part, analyze the reasons of expert teachers and novice teachers classroom interaction and difference. Is mainly attributed to the analysis from three different aspects of expert teachers and novice teachers teaching idea, the different understanding of the different interaction and teaching experience.The fifth part, on the basis of comparative study of novice teachers learn how to realize the effective strategies of classroom interaction between teachers and students in the true sense, shorten the process of novice teachers’ teaching, teachers can promote more faster and better development.
