Interaction between teachers and students is an indispensable teaching activity in the classteaching, in2001the ministry of education promulgated "The basic education course reformoutline (try out)"points out that "students and teachers in the teaching process should have thepositive interaction and common development, and should keep balance the relation between theteaching and training ability." At present, in elementary and middle schools class teaching, mostteachers have the consciousness of the interaction between teachers and students, and studies oninteraction between teachers and students have aroused more and more researchers’ concern.Expert teachers have rich professional knowledge in the field of teaching, they can solvevarious problems in teaching effectively and also have professional insight and creativity.Classroom interaction of Education experts more emphasis on students’ subjectivity, the diversityof activities, etc. Expert teachers’ teaching experience play an exemplary role on novice teachers’teaching, what the expert and novice teachers’ classroom interactive situation is? With thisquestion, the author has carried on the comparative study of expert teachers and novice teachersof classroom interaction between teachers and students. Through the research of novice teachersand expert teachers classroom interaction between teachers and students, the difference betweenexpert teachers and novice teachers in classroom interaction can be found, and then the authorcouples with novice teacher’s teaching experience, at last a suitable method which is suitable fornovice teachers can be used to realize the true meaning of interactive way between teachers andstudents.Full-text consists of four parts:The first part, introduction. The reasons of this study and research significance of this studycan be included in this part. The author sorts out the reference materials which about interactionbetween teachers and students existing literature at home and abroad, has carried on the detailedcombing and comprehensive review to the existent research achievements and analysis theresearch purpose, research significance, research ideas and research methods of this study.The second part is the summary of novice teachers’ and expert teachers’ interaction in theirclassroom with students. Including to define several related important concepts of the interactionbetween teachers and students, stating the connotation of the interaction between teachers andstudents, the novice teachers and expert teachers,the author can get a summary of class interaction.The third part, the comparative study of novice teachers’ classroom interaction and expertteachers’, which is the emphasis of thesis. In this section, the author descript two kinds ofteachers’ classroom teaching interaction through the analysis on expert teachers’ and noviceteachers’ activities in the classroom, comprises two kinds of teachers’ classroom interactionfrom the interactive language, interactive form, interactive opportunity.The fourth part,research conclusion and revelation. Strategies on how the novice teachers realizethe true meaning of the interaction between teachers and students can be proposed, on the basisof comparing the difference between the two kinds of teacher’s classroom interaction.
