The concept of “emotional labor” was first proposed in 1979,refers to the employees according to requirements of the organization to manage the process of emotional expression in order to comply with organizational expectations. This study take the breakthrough from the perspective of preschool teachers’ emotional labor,discuss the influence of emotional labor strategy on job burnout,and preschool teachers’ professional identity in the mechanism of emotional labor strategy.All of this is in order to expand the theory of emotional labor and carry out useful suggestions on preschool teachers’ job burnout.In this study,506 of preschool teachers as the research object,the results are as follows,1.Terms of demographic characteristics, Age, teaching age, record of formal schooling are individual factors that influence preschool teachers’ emotional labor strategy, job burnout and professional identity.16 years teaching experience, bachelor’s degree in preschool teachers more often use emotional labor strategy to alleviate the pressure of the mood,and use more surface acting; over the age of 51 ones more often use natural acting; 31-40 years old,morn than 16 years of teaching experience, bachelor’s degree of preschool teachers’ job burnout degree is most serious;more than 16 years of teaching experience, the college degree in preschool teachers have the highest professional identity level.2.In the terms of the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout,The higher the degree of emotional labor preschool teachers are,the more prone to emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment, depersonalization and job burnout. Deep acting and natural acting of job burnout significantly predicted negative effect on job burnout,the surface acting has significant positive effect.3.In the terms of regulation of professional identity,(1)Total professional identity,the role of values,professional values and behavioral tendencies play a regulatory role in deep acting and job burnout.(2)The role of values,behavioral tendencies play a regulatory role in natural acting and job burnou.(3)The role of values plays a regulatory role in surface acting and job burnout.
